Almond Rose Soap

Ground almonds 2 tablespoons
Rose petals (SECO) 2 tablespoons
VITAMIN E 10 g of soap flakes
Rose water ... half a cup
1 tablespoon of glycerin
Half a cup of hot water
3-4 drops of lavender oil or rose oil or jasmine oil ..
Mix beets n also put in the freezer for 72 hours ..
TEA for glowing skin:

1 teaspoon GREEN TEA
1-2 spinach leaves.
2-3 cloves of garlic (LONG)
...... Sugar or honey to taste.
Boil all ingredients and drink this tea once a day for FACE Glow and freshness.
MASK LUSTER:

1) Take a large strawberry or apply 2 cherries, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, half tsp multani Mitti, half a teaspoon of lavender or jasmine n days. Let dry wash n rose water then medical syringes.
2) 1 chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons ... Honey, a pinch of camphor (kaafoor), 2 tablespoons of rose water. Mix n apply for 15 minutes twice a day.
DRINK glow for:

1 cup warm milk, 1 teaspoon kewra, 2-3 almonds, crushed pistachios, raisins 2-3 (Kishmish), a pinch of saffron, chaandi warq ka 1 teaspoon rose water. Drink once a day! :)
